Cancellation Policy
We hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, that you please provide us with at least 24-hours notice. This way, we will be able to adjust our schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. In light of this, we send out reminder notices prior to your appointment.
Please understand that when you cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waitlist miss the opportunity to receive our services.
Cancellations made within 24 hours notice will incur a $50 charge fee, No shows or cancellations within 12 hours will incur a $100 charge fee.
This fee will need to be paid before we can make any future appointments with you.
Cancellations and no shows have a significant impact on our business and we hope that you can understand our need to enforce this policy.
